Can I return my purchase? 

Yes. You can return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned to EMKA UAE. To initiate and approve the return process, please contact us at info@emkagroup.ae.

Who pays for the return shipping costs? 

In the event the return is requested due to a change of mind or incorrect item ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to damage or an item's fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Can all items be returned? 

Yes. All items sold by us are subject to the Return Policy and can be returned.

How will I receive my refund? 

The refunds will be issued to the original form of payment made.
